The Dress
Mikado satin wedding dress with cathedral length train. The back of this dress and the sleeves were entirely designed and bespoke for the wedding. The top front and sleeves are beaded detailing and could be made detachable. There are satin buttons that run all the way down the back to the edge of the train covering the internal corset and zip fastening. The dress also has pockets! It has been professionally dry cleaned for £210 and comes in a dress bag. A button is reinforced so that the dress can be bustled for the evening. The mikado satin makes it even more shiny in the light. It is an ivory shade.
Alterations
The length was adjusted to fit a 5ft5 person at the front but there is room to let it out. The back piece was entirely remade and the sleeves were hand embroidered.
